New Home Builder Websites Launched – The Jim Allen Group

    September 26, 2018

Meredith Communications is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the Jim Allen Group again to launch two brand new websites. The new sites represent two new neighborhoods that the Jim Allen Group represents on behalf of the builders. The new sites both feature an IDX feed for MLS listings.

Camberly Estates and Lakestone at Wake Forest

Both of the new sites feature our WordPress CMS system that is designed specifically for home builders. This system allows the sales staff to manage listings and floor plans quickly and easily so that information is always current for the potential buyer. Listings are updated in real time so that there is never any confusion on what properties are available.

The Jim Allen Group provided beautiful pictures for the websites to ensure that the sites reflect the true essence of each community. As with previous projects we have conducted with The Group, they also provided some guidelines on what they wanted from the website for each community.

The websites each feature easy to navigate pages that will lead the site visitor to the exact information they desire. Visitors can view available floor plans from the different builders operating in these communities or view homes that are currently available. Visitors can also request more information about the community or the homes directly from the site.

The sites also include a VIP sign up area so that visitors can keep in contact with the builder. This important feature helps builders build an email marketing list and secure sales.

The sites were designed to have stunning graphics on a slide show as the main header. This design type allows visitors to get a glimpse of what their lives would be like in that community. By using a larger header with the slideshow feature, you can retain the visitor on your site for a longer period of time. Once a visitor has spent over 30 seconds on the site they are more willing to investigate into what the site has to offer. A catchy header will keep them long enough on the site to pique their curiosity.

The design itself is very open and airy. Relevant information is displayed in a manner that is easy to read or skim. The uncluttered feeling of the site makes it a pleasure to view which also helps with visitor retention.

Meredith Communications is pleased to have had this opportunity to work with the Jim Allen Group once again in creating two very appealing websites for their newest communities. Interested in a new website for your business? Contact us today!
