Cypress Homes has been building beautiful, energy efficient homes in the Fox Valley area of Northeastern Wisconsin for over two decades. The company showcases its custom homes in various Wisconsin Parade of Homes shows, and has become a leader in home building technology, customer relations and environmental issues.

The home builder came to Meredith Communications to build a new website that would highlight both new home construction and resale homes for sale. We created a new, updated design for their website that’s responsive to mobile users who want to easily view Cypress’ home designs and new home listings. We are proud to help Cypress Homes share the story of why they have been named a finalist for the Post Crescent’s “Best of the Valley” reader’s choice award for 6 years in a row.

Cypress Homes came to Meredith Communications for a new website to highlight new home construction and resale homes for sale. Done and done!

The new website for Cypress Homes utilizes our home builder WordPress CMS site management system. This allows the Wisconsin builder’s team to easily manage the site and update it as needed.

The finished product features an extensive home design gallery. This page allows website visitors to tailor a home search to their particular needs, such as square footage, # of bedrooms & bath, and home type which includes Ranch, 1.5 Story, 2 Story, and Condo.

The home page has bold call-to-action buttons giving prospective buyers quick access to local open houses, as well as move-in ready homes and a photo gallery showcasing brilliant images of Cypress’ home exteriors, interiors, and special features.

We integrated Cypress Homes’ social media platforms into the website with social network buttons to make it easy for prospective clients to connect with Cypress on such channels as Twitter, Youtube and Houzz. The site footer also includes direct feeds from Facebook, Instagram and Cypress Homes’ blog so visitors can readily see the most recent posts from the home builder.

The website includes a variety of home buyer tools including a 360 virtual tour of Cypress Home’s Custom Home Design Center, which offers customers design ideas for their new home, from exterior finishes to interior components such as cabinets, flooring and countertops. Prospective home buyers can also download a free “Blueprint for Building Binder” which helps people organize their thoughts before and during their custom home construction.
