Meredith Communications Launches New Website For Edison Condos

Recently, Meredith Communications worked alongside Hubbell Realty Company to create a stunning new website for their Edison Condos located in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Hubbell Realty Company was founded in 1856 and they are one of the oldest and most seasoned development firms in the Midwest!
Meredith Communications dived right into developing the new website for the Edison Condos. We were able to construct a website that showcases not only the clean lines and timeless finishes inside these condos but also calls attention to the thriving lifestyle that comes along with living in downtown Des Moines.
The main page of the website features a blue background with bright pops of color which draw immediate attention to calls to action. We used photos that showed off the vibrant lifestyle that is living in downtown Des Moines, calling attention to the 550 miles of cycling trails, various outdoor festivals, and the beautiful Gray’s Lake. There’s also a video showcasing an ariel view of the beautiful completed buildings.
Visitors to the site will love how easy it is to request information about Edison Condos. Floor plans and pricing are available at the click of a button using the menu at the top of the website. And if one of the floorplans appeals to viewers, they can easily scroll to the bottom of the page to request more information or to set up a showing.
A fresh photo gallery features a beautiful wall of photos from inside and around the building. View beautifully exposed brick, bright stainless steel appliances, and bright, spacious rooms perfect for gathering with friends or family. The website also features an easy to click contact link in the main menu and a link to social media.
Overall, the new website aims to be visually appealing, informative, and also easy to navigate while simple to view. We were very pleased to work with Hubbell Realty Company on this project and look forward to working with them on two additional websites this year.
